Bill has more than 20 years of successful experience working in high-pressured, fast-paced environments. As Wing’s GM for the Mid-Atlantic & Southeast Regions, Bill is responsible for Wing’s revenue and cost elements and will oversee Wing’s marketing and sales functions in these regions. Bill is also directly involved in the strategic planning aspects as well as the day-to-day operations of Wing.

Prior to joining Wing, Bill served for 11 years as Sr. Vice-President of Business Development for ACS International Resources, Inc. (a 5-time Inc. 500 Company), where he was the primary leadership force for this highly successful, internationally recognized, and profitable global IT services organization.

In this role, Bill drove and led performance in the areas of Business Development, Operations Management, and Marketing, with a strong focus on service quality and profitability. Bill has in-depth knowledge of conceptualizing, building and managing a global service organization – developing programs and processes to manage and support new business lead generation; qualification; evaluation; negotiation; closing; and account management. He orchestrated ACS’ US expansion and growth, fueling revenues and growing ACS’ business by more than 4000% – generating over $200M in revenue and elevating corporate visibility within a highly competitive market.

Prior to ACS, Bill served as Director of Business Development for 3i International in Stockton, CA. 3i has a rich history of research and technology development in the environmental field – developing and patenting a number of heavy industrial cleaning and mechanical process systems to remediate and extract petroleum based sludge. 3i’s systems have been used worldwide, remediating oil contaminants including the Exxon Valdez oil spill in Alaska. In this role, Bill led both the business development and marketing efforts and helped to spearhead corporate development efforts to stimulate 3i’s revenue growth throughout the United States, Russia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Indonesia.

Bill earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) from Georgia Southern University, School of Business – Majoring in Management w/concentration in Organizational Development. He has MBA studies in International Marketing, Advertising and Business Law. Bill lettered 3 years in baseball at GSU and played in the Junior College World Series while at Brookdale CC.
