Rich has more than 15 years experience overseeing the health, safety and welfare of field personnel engaged in fireproofing, asbestos and hazardous material abatement, and general demolition projects. His extensive field work and education has given him the experience necessary to serve as Wing’s Corporate Health & Safety Officer.
In this role, Rich is responsible for the protection of not only Wing personnel, but also for the safety of our clients and those people in the nearby community where Wing is performing services. As important as the quality of work is, the health and safety of Wing’s employees and the general public is a priority.
In addition to making the workplace safer, a testament to Rich’s success is increased productivity, a reduction in absenteeism and equipment downtime, money saved by the lowering of insurance premiums and workers’ compensation payments, and the prevention of non-compliant fines.
Rich earned a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Franklin Pierce College. He has continued his education by attending several AHERA approved training classes for asbestos and lead and has attended several OSHA approved safety training courses. |
